DS2 project is delighted to be named an official partner of the 2026 STEM Discovery Campaign, the flagship initiative of Scientix and one of the most prominent STEM education campaigns in Europe and beyond. This year’s edition is co-organised with the NBS Academy project, bringing a renewed focus on sustainability and Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) in education.

The STEM Discovery Campaign is a joint international initiative that invites educators, projects, organisations, libraries, schools, universities, youth clubs, and all interested stakeholders across Europe and the world to celebrate careers and studies in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

Running from 1 February to 30 April 2026, the campaign encourages participants to share their STEM-related activities on a clickable world map. This interactive map allows the community to explore, access, and even reproduce activities from across the globe — creating a powerful ecosystem of shared practice and inspiration.

Originally a weeklong event, the campaign has grown significantly over the years. Since 2020, it has expanded into a three‑month celebration, reflecting the increasing enthusiasm and engagement of the global STEM education community.

DS2’s involvement reflects its commitment to fostering high-quality, inclusive, and future‑focused STEM education. By championing both digital innovation and environmental responsibility, DS2 is proud to contribute to a movement that inspires the next generation of scientists, engineers, and changemakers.
