DS2 is pleased to share exciting news about our participation in an upcoming European Commission cluster launch event.
DS2, our ground-breaking project centered around linked data spaces, is set to be a key player in the Commissions Robotics, AI, Innovation and Excellence unit, starting with a new projects cluster meeting organised by the co-programmed partnership of ADRA - AI, Data, and Robotics. The other core Commission units involved are: Internet of Things, Accessibility, Multilingualism and Safer Internet, and Data Policy and Innovation.
A joint launch event, scheduled for February 22nd, marks a significant milestone for DS2 and other projects under the ADRA umbrella which commenced either in late 2023 or in early 2024. This event serves as a unique platform for DS2 to introduce itself to our wider EU research and innovation community, showcasing our ambitions, objectives, and the impact we aim to make in the field of AI. In return we will learn about the innovative potential of other projects and seek to make future links for further knowledge sharing and dissemination.
The day's agenda promises a wealth of insights, with presentations from the Coordination and Support Actions (CSAs), Adra-e and AI4Europe, shedding light on their pivotal roles in fostering collaboration, visibility, and efficiency among projects. It's a collective effort to maximize impact and create synergies within the AI landscape.
In anticipation of the event, DS2 is gearing up to contribute actively. By February 7th, we will submit a concise 2-page brochure to the partnership, offering a glimpse into the DS2 project. This brochure, adhering strictly to the provided template, will be publicly available and will provide valuable information about DS2's role and objectives.
Additionally, we're excited to share our story through a pre-recorded 2:30-minute video, following a structured format of title, ambitions, and objectives. This video, will help ensure that DS2's voice is heard and resonates with the dynamic AI community.
